Deconstructing and Reconstructing.
My Freedom From Zionism
I was born in Jerusalem and spent twenty-two years inside a religious Zionist settlement in the West Bank.
I went through the schools and yeshivas, and served as an IDF tank commander before breaking free from the ideology.
This book is a direct deconstruction of that reality, how it unravels, and what it costs to walk away.
“The insight is explicit, gutting and mind blowing… If you want to understand why we are where we are in the world’s geopolitical landscape today… this is a must read! Access to the real Israel like very few can explain.”
“This is by far one of the most important reads about Zionism today. It’s a personal testimony to growing up in the system by a courageous human who risked everything in pursuit of truth and justice.”

ABOUT ME
I was born in Jerusalem and raised inside a West Bank settlement. I spent my early adult life in yeshiva and military command in the IDF before deconstructing religious-Zionism. That political shift coincided with a deep personal reckoning with my own betrayal that ended my first marriage and stripped away all of the masks I relied on for belonging.
Since then, my life has been about wrestling with truth and its consequences. Today, I write, speak, and support others on these journeys from our home in Los Angeles, California, where I live with my wife, Christina.
