This was, without question, one of the most profound guided experiences I have ever had. I felt safe. I felt protected. I felt supported. And overwhelmingly, I felt loved.
What I appreciate just as much is that their care doesn’t end when the journey does. The food afterward, the conversations, the follow up integration, and their emphasis on what happens after the experience all speak to how deeply they understand this work. Integration is where so much of the real change happens, and they genuinely care about supporting that process. Nothing feels overlooked. Everything feels intentional and approached with so much love and reverence for the work and for the people they are serving.
If I ever choose to do something like this again, I honestly cannot imagine wanting to do it with anyone else. I would trust Christina and Daniel completely, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who feels called to go inward, release what needs to be released, and explore themselves more deeply within an incredibly loving and supportive container.
